Returns and Exchange

How can I return the item?

Please contact us at, but better send messenger to facebook page: MEJI.PH  first so we can evaluate and give you instruction on how to proceed with the returns and exchange.

Also, you can read the Returns and Exchange policy in the website for the guidelines.


What are your return and exchange policy?

We can accept return and exchange if:

>The items received is incomplete.

>The item is damaged when received.

>The item is incorrect.


**The dress should be in its original condition with the shipping label**


Please do not return any item without letting us know first! We will not pay for the return shipping fee.


You have 7 Calendar days to ask for the return and exchange upon receiving the item. After 7 days we will assume that you are satisfied with the item already and nothing is wrong with the order.

We will evaluate and inform you of the result of the return and exchange once proof has been provided.


Kindly provide the following information:
-Your order number


-Product name 

-Photo of the defective/incomplete/wrong item

Shipping cost is always non-refundable since we've already paid the courier and cannot even get the money back ourselves.


MEJI.PH does reserve the right to deny or decline any return request. 


How long does it take for my return or exchange item to be proceeded?

Once you emailed us all the information needed and we were able to evaluate, we will process it in 2-3 days.


How will I receive my refund?

Refund will be through BDO, BPI bank transfer or Gcash for COD customers. 

Paid customer will be refunded back to the same Credit Card or Debit Card used for the payment. 


Do I need to pay for returns?

MEJI.PH will not shoulder any return fee if it was not communicated to us. Otherwise, if it is any fault from seller, eg. defective items, wrong items or wrong color, MEJI.PH will shoulder the return fee.
